Join us for the Ringgold County Development Corporation (RCDC) Annual Meeting on September 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the American Legion in Mount Ayr.
We’re excited to welcome Bill Menner, Executive Director of the Iowa Rural Development Council, as our keynote speaker. Bill will share insights on rural development, community growth, and the opportunities that lie ahead for communities like ours.
Enjoy an evening of great food, networking, and a look back at RCDC’s accomplishments over the past year.
